The pool structure was cracked, in disrepair and/or leaking water.
Repair the pool structure to a water-tight system. If necessary, consult with the Ohio Department of Health regarding the repair.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(s) / Perimeter barrier is in good repair to prevent unauthorized entry
Repeat Perimeter barrier not secured. Rear door to maintenance hallway not locked.
Ensure perimeter barrier is maintained to prevent unauthorized access to pool.
3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
Repeat pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8.
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.
3701-31-04 (C)(3) / Total alkalinity is at or greater than 60 ppm
Total alkalinity was less than 60 ppm.
Raise the total alkalinity to at least 60 ppm.
3701-31-04 (C)(6) / Pool water temperature does not exceed 90 degrees Fahrenheit without approval from the Director
Pool water temperature was above 90 degrees Fahrenheit without approval from the Director of Health.
Either reduce the water temperature of the pool to below 90 degress Fahrenheit or seek approval to operate at a higher temperature from the Director of Health.
