[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(p) / Deck surfaces are free of standing water or other hazards.
Repeat Deck surfaces had standing water or other hazards. Concrete on interior edge of pool is beginning to fall off. Paint was observed chipped on the bottom of the pool.
Repair areas of the deck where standing water is occuring. If more than 50% of the deck must be replaced, plans must be submitted to the Ohio Department of Health for review and approval.
3701-31-04 (D)(05) / Cyanuric acid level shall not exceed 70 ppm.
Cyanuric acid level exceeded 70 ppm. Cyanuric acid was tested at 85ppm at time of inspection.
Drain the pool at least halfway and fill with clean water. Monitor the amount of cyanuric acid being used and adjust accordingly.
