Repeat Disinfection residuals were not tested daily at pool side and/or at the required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features. Observed that disinfection residual is only being taken prior to bathers entering the pool, rather than every 4 hours as required.
Test the disinfection residual every day before bathers enter the water. Disinfection residual must then be tested every 4 hours when an ACC is not in use. If an ACC is in use the disinfectant residual must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the disinfectant residual must be tested at 1 spray feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use.

Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation. Observed that flow meter was not working; bobber is stuck at 0 gpm.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly funtioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(a)(ii) / A USCG Type IV personal flotation device with 30 -60 foot throw line provided
Repeat A USCG Type IV personal flotation device with 30 -60 foot throw line was not provided at the unguarded pool. Facility has correct flotation device, however, device does not have 30-60 feet of additional rope.
Provide a proper floatation device at all times.
