3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h) / Required meters and gauges maintained/functional
Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation. Observed at time of inspection the flow meter was not working.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly funtioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(a)(ii) / A USCG Type IV personal flotation device with 30 -60 foot throw line provided
A USCG Type IV personal flotation device with 30 -60 foot throw line was not provided at the unguarded pool. The flotation device did not have a throw line attached.
Provide a proper floatation device at all times.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(d) / First aid kit provided
First aid equipment was not provided. At time of inspection could not find a first aid kit.
Provide first aid equipment, including a first aid kit, at the pool at all times.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(e) / Working emergency telephone/call box provided.
Emergency device (telephone) was not working. At time of inspection, no emergency telephone could be found.
Ensure that the emergency device is functioning properly and rings to the emergency response authorities.

Comments
Daily chemical readings were only being taken once a day. Pool chemical readings need to be taken every 4 hours when no ACC is present. The proper signs were not displayed but were found in the pump room. These signs need to be displayed in the pool area. Pool Operator was not present at time of inspection.
