Repeat Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation. Observed that flow meter for pool was not functional and reading at "0"
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly funtioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation. Operators should repair or replaced flow meters in order to determine if the pools flow rate is meeting the minimum requirement.
