3701-31-04 (B)(1)(b) / SVRS device(s) shall be functional.
Critical The SVRS device that is being used as a secondary means to prevent entrapment/evisceration was not functional at the time of the inspection. The SVRS system was not on at time of inspection and would not turn on.
Do not operate the pool when the SVRS is not functioning. Ensure the SVRS is operating properly prior to placing the pool back into operation. Correct By: 08-Jun-2018

6/8/18 - per discussion with pool operator and Chad Brown, the pool will be evaluated if an SVRS is required for the facility, if not required the system will be removed and violation will be removed.
