Test for combined chlorine prior to bathers entering the water and every 4 hours the pool is open for use. If ACC is in use combined chlorine must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the combined chlorine must be tested at 1 spray feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use.

Critical Sodium hypochlorine storage tanks stored by the pump room were in an area with gate that was not locked. Action plan discussed on-site and manager noted that padlock will be purchased to lock gate.
