[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B) / All facilities are maintained clean, safe and sanitary condition and in good repair.
Repeat Observed deteriorated surfacing on diving boards. Observed general concrete repairs needed at pool deck, especially along the perimeter of the gutters in the shallow end. Observed some build up/staining on pool floor.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(o) / Ladders/stairs/steps are in good repair/slip resistent
Repeat Observed loose pool deck ladder at 12 ft end.

3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
Repeat At time of inspection, tested pool water pH was 8.0 or greater. Recommend feeding sulfuric acid to lower the pH and recommend adding a pH feed to an ACC in the future.

3701-31-04 (E)(2)(a)(i) / 12 ft. non-telescopic reach pole with shepherd's crook is provided
Repeat The shepherd's crook must be 12 foot in length and non-telescopic.

3701-31-04 (E)(4)(e)(viii) / Lifeguards are currently certified by an approved entity for life guard training
At time of inspection, the lifeguard on duty did not have a certification of life guard training, CPR, and first aid that is approved by ODH. It was noted that the lifeguard possessed certifications from an entity in London.

Documentation of a compliant total coliform bacteria water sample needs to be provided.
At time of inspection, free chlorine residual was a the minimum of 1 ppm. Operator immediately increased chlorine feed on site.
Pool water level appeared high at time of inspection.
