Repeat Observed that flow meters to the pool was not functioning properly.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly funtioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(t) / Equipment/chemical/storage areas are free of hazards/accessible only to authorized personnel.
Critical Observed that there is an active leak in the storage room; storage room has a build up of debris inside of it.
Fix leak and de-clutter storage room. Correct By: 17-Dec-2018
