Repeat USCG Type IV personal flotation device with 30 -60 foot throw line was not provided at the unguarded pool. Bouy was in disrepair and throw line was less than 30 feet.
Provide a proper floatation device at all times.

Repeat First aid equipment and/or signage was not provided..
Provide first aid equipment, including a first aid kit, at the pool at all times.

The following violation(s) have been corrected since the last inspection.
Comments
Chlorine feeder is functioning properly. According to operator's daily logs, chlorine residual has been above the required threshold every day since the violation was detected. At time of inspection, free and total chlorine residual levels were tested at 10 ppm. Operator has been keeping up with their water quality logs and should ensure that water temperature is tested daily and alkalinity is tested weekly.

Operator confirmed that a first aid sign is being made to be posted at pool and that a new ring buoy (personal floatation device) is on order.
