Critical Repeat No paperwork was available upon request for the main drain cover. Spoke with management who stated the drain cover will be replaced that meets the requirements prior to opening next season.

Critical Repeat The chlorine residual in the pool was tested/observed to be 0 ppm. The operator voluntarily closed the pool until disinfectant residuals can be brought up to the minimum standard.

Repeat Hand rail by steps observed loose. Repair or replace the ladders/stairs/steps so that they are slip resistant and in good repair.

Repeat Entry gate to pool area observed unable to self-latch. Ensure the gate can self latch to prevent unauthorized entry into the pool area.

Repeat The unguarded pool was in use without the "Children must be supervised" and/or "Swimming alone is not recommended" signs posted. Post the "Children must be supervised" and/or "Swimming Alone is Not Recommended" signs at all times the pool is available for use.

Repeat Upon closure of the pool the operator stated that the facility did not have a "WARNING or DANGER - POOL CLOSED" sign to post. Post the "WARNING or DANGER - POOL CLOSED" sign at all times the pool is not available for use.
