Critical Repeat Per manufacturer's recommendation, the main drain cover hardware should have been replaced in 2019.
Operator has until opening season 2022 to provide documentation that new main drain cover hardware has been installed.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(b)(i) / 12 ft. non-telescopic reach pole with Sheppard's crook & a USCG Type IV personal flotation device with 30 - 60 foot throw line.
Repeat A 12-ft non-telescopic reach pole is not available at the pool deck.
Operator needs to replace current reach pole with a non-telescopic reach pole.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(e) / Working emergency telephone/call box provided.
At time of inspection, emergency telephone was not working and without dial tone.
