3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(ii) / Combined chlorine is tested daily at pool side prior to use
Combined chlorine was not tested daily at pool side prior to use.
Test for combined chlorine prior to bathers entering the water and every 4 hours the pool is open for use. If ACC is in use combined chlorine must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the combined chlorine must be tested at 1 spray feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use.

Water temperatures were not being recorded daily.
Take and record the water temperature at least once/day.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(vi) / Total alkalinity is tested weekly
Total alkalinity was not tested weekly.

The test results/service records for these devices must be kept on site for review. If the device has not been recently serviced, have the device tested immediately and provide documentation of the test results.

Access door to pump room not locked.
Lock either the door leading from the pool to the maintenance corridor or the door to the pump room to prevent unauthorized entry.
3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
Repeat pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8.
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.
3701-31-04 (C)(3) / Total alkalinity is at or greater than 60 ppm
Total alkalinity was less than 60 ppm.
Raise the total alkalinity to at least 60 ppm.
3701-31-04 (C)(6) / Pool water temperature does not exceed 90 degrees Fahrenheit without approval from the Director
Pool water temperature was above 90 degrees Fahrenheit without approval from the Director of Health.
Either reduce the water temperature of the pool to below 90 degress Fahrenheit or seek approval to operate at a higher temperature from the Director of Health.
3701-31-04 (D)(8) / Acceptable test kit provided/adequate/in good repair
Observed many chemicals used for chemistry testing expired.
Replace any expired pool testing chemicals with new unexpired bottles.
