3701-31-04 (B)(1)(d) / Circulation/Disinfection system shall operate properly.
Critical The chlorine feeder was not functioning and was disconnected.
The facility ordered a new chlorine feeder that was scheduled to arrive on 7/17/2017. The operator stated that he may be able to repair the malfunctioning unit. The pool was voluntarily closed. Ensure the pool is not open for use until it has continuous disinfection.
3701-31-04 (B)(1)(g) / Water clarity shall be sufficient to see the pool bottom (or Secchi disc).
Critical The main drain was unable to be observed from the pool deck due to insufficient water clarity.
The pool was voluntarily closed. Do not operate until the main drain is visible from the pool deck.
3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
Repeat pH was measured at 7.0, outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8.
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.
