3701-31-04 (B)(6) / Equipment is maintained per manufacturers specifications.
Observed deterioration on ring buoy.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(f) / Required turnover rates are sufficient
At time of inspection, observed a flow rate of no more than 80 GPM, when the required minimum flow rate is 81.5 GPM in order to maintain the required turnover rate.
Have the circulation system evaluated to determine why the flow rates are not able to be met. Backwash filter as needed. Once the reasons have been determined have the issue repaired.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(o) / Ladders/stairs/steps are in good repair/slip resistent
Observed loose pool ladders not tightly secured to the concrete.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(q) / Depth markers/deck warning signs are maintained
Observed depth marker and "no diving" verbage fading on pool deck concrete.
Have signage repainted as needed.
3701-31-04 (E)(3)(b) / "Children must be supervised" or "Swimming alone is not recommended" signs posted
Observed no "Swimming alone is not recommended" sign posted at pool.

Comments
Observed minimal deteriorated pool deck concrete and missing rubber trim at edge of pool.
Ensure that cyanuric acid is tested once a week and is recorded in the water quality logs.
Documentation provided on site of the main drain cover indicates no expiration, however the cover is now 10 years old. Operator has until next standard inspection to provide documentation that refutes this claim and/or provide an action plan for having cover replaced by next standard inspection.
Operator noted that a new chlorine feeder will be installed to dose liquid sodium hypochlorite rather than solid Tri-Chloro. ERN form provided on site to be completed and submitted to ODH.
