3701-31-04 ( D )(6)(a) / ORP reading shall be 650 millivolts or greater.
Observed ORP displaying on ACC as 600 millivolts. When discussing with operator, he stated that when he has the ORP raised to the required minimum of 650, the chlorine levels in the pool goes above 10 ppm. He also noted that when the cyanuric acid decreases, the ORP increases.
Recommend having ACC serviced in case it is the issue.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(iv) / Water temperatures are recorded daily
Repeat Observed water temperature not recorded on daily pool log.
Record water temperature daily on pool record log.
3701-31-04 (B)(5) / Records are maintained for at least two years
Repeat Main drain paperwork was not readily available on-site. Operator noted, if feasible, main drain covers are going to be replaced before next operating season.
If new covers are installed, ensure the install date is added to the paperwork and kept on file at the pool area.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(s) / Perimeter barrier is in good repair to prevent unauthorized entry
Repeat Observed large gap in fencing at wading pool where fence meets with building near concession stand window. Observed entry gate both propped open and non-latching.

3701-31-04 (E)(2)(a)(i) / 12 ft. non-telescopic reach pole with shepherd's crook is provided
Repeat 12 ft. non-telescopic reach pole with shepherd's crook observed not provided at unguarded wading pool.
Purchase a non-telescopic 12 ft reach-pole with shepherd's crook.
3701-31-04 (E)(3)(c) / Location of emergency telephone posted when the phone is not visible.
Repeat Observed no signage at pool stating where to find emergency phone/ that emergency phone is located at concession stand register.
Add signage at pool stating where emergency phone is located.
