The floor in the pool filtration room had standing water.
Determine the cause and/or source of the standing water and repair accordingly to prevent cross connection hazards. Correct By: 16-Jun-2016
3701-31-04 (D)(09) / Chemicals shall not be manually added to pool when bathers present.
Corrected During Inspection Chemicals were manually added into the skimmers.
Stop adding chemicals to the skimmers.

Comments
At the time of inspection, the emergency land-line phone for the pool had been removed from the premise. The pool operator had a personal cell phone available for emergency use; this has been approved by C. Brown. Per the pool operator, the pool filtration room floor is wet due to a leak from the pump. The pool operator states that he is currently working with management to resolve this issue in a timely manner.
