3701-31-04 (A) / Approval shall be obtained for any construction or alterations of a public swimming pool.
The filter was replaced with a different model filter, but no approval documentation was submitted or approved. TR-100C was replaced with TR-100. During inspection, provided operator with Equipment Replacement Notification report form to submit for approval.

3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(vi) / Total alkalinity is tested weekly
Total alkalinity was not tested weekly. Pool operator/s must test total alkalinity weekly and log results in their records.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(c)(iii) / Floor areas in equipment, filter and storage rooms are free of standing water
Standing water was present on equipment room floor. Any leaks causing the accumulation of standing water must be sealed or a sufficient drainage solution introduced.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(n) / Proper pool operating water level is maintained
Corrected During Inspection The operating water level of the pool was not maintained; Water level was too low. Operator must raise the water level to meet halfway point of skimmers.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(p) / Deck surfaces are free of standing water or other hazards.
Deck surfaces had standing water or other hazards; perimeter grate on poolside had a couple of breaks which could lead to injury. Repairs or replacements must be made to pool grates to ensure there are no breaks or holes which could cause injury.

3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
Repeat pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8 (read at 8 during inspection). Water parameters must be adjusted to bring pH down to the required range.

3701-31-04 (E)(2)(d) / First aid kit provided
First aid kits were located in the locked equipment room. There must be a kit available at poolside which is accessible to bathers.
