Critical Public swimming pool was in operation while an imminent health hazard existed. At time of inspection baby pool drain cover was not attached/secured.
Do not operate the pool when an imminent health hazard is present. Fix the imminent health hazard before the pool is put back into operation. Once drain cover is secured send email or call prior to opening baby pool.
3701-31-04 (C)(3) / Total alkalinity is at or greater than 60 ppm
Total alkalinity was less than 60 ppm.
Raise the total alkalinity to at least 60 ppm.
