[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B) / All facilities are maintained clean, safe and sanitary condition and in good repair.
Repeat Observed some peeling paint on pool bottom and gaps in the metal lining along the pool deck.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(c)(iii) / Floor areas in equipment, filter and storage rooms shall be free of standing water
Repeat Observed leak in plumbing in front of the middle (second) sand filter inside the pump room.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(q) / Depth markers/deck warning signs are maintained
Repeat Observed depth markers along the pool deck beginning to fade.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(s) / Perimeter barrier is in good repair to prevent unauthorized entry
Repeat Observed perimeter barrier in disrepair behind the old pump room and across from the tub storage for the lazy river. Bottom portions of the fence in these areas may present gaps greater than 4-inches. Also observed loose boards and screws on wooden fence enclosing the sodium hypochlorite tank.
