The Ecotron PSP202050 Safety Vacuum Release System that was accounted for on the previous equipment inspection, conducted on 05/30/2013, has been replaced with a StingL SR-500 system.
Please complete and submit the Public Swimming Pool Equipment Replacement Notification Report Form to the State of Ohio for approval. Correct By: 30-Jun-2014
