Critical Repeat The minimum chlorine disinfection residual of 1 ppm was not maintained. The disinfection residual tested at poolside was 0 ppm.
Do not operate the pool when the disinfectant residual is less than what is required by code. Ensure the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above prior to placing the pool back into operation. Correct By: 15-Jun-2016

Repeat Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation. At the time of inspection, the flow meter was not functional.

At the time of inspection, the minimum chlorine disinfection residual of 1 ppm was not maintained in the wading pool. At pool-side, the chlorine disinfection tested 0 ppm. It is recommended that the wading pool be closed to swimmers until the chlorine disinfection is at 1 ppm or above.
