Repeat Required turnover rates were not met due to improper flow rate. At time of inspection, observed a flow rate of 30 GPM, the minimum requirement is 43 GPM. It was noted that there may be an issue with the accuracy of the flow meter.

Repeat Observed perimeter barrier in disrepair behind the old pump room and across from the tub storage for the lazy river. Bottom portions of the fence in these areas may present gaps greater than 4-inches.
