[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 ( D )(6)(a) / ORP reading shall be 650 millivolts or greater.
ORP was obseved at 10 mV upon observed and visual alarm was initiated on ACC.
Have the ACC unit inspected to determined why the ORP is low.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(ii) / Combined chlorine is tested daily at pool side prior to use
Combined chlorine was not tested daily at pool side prior to use on the weekly operation report log.
Test for combined chlorine prior to bathers entering the water and every 4 hours the pool is open for use. If ACC is in use combined chlorine must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use. For spraygrounds and spray features, the combined chlorine must be tested at 1 spray feature every 6 hours the sprayground or spray feature is in use.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(vii) / Cyanuric acid is tested weekly
Cyanuric acid was not tested weekly on the weekly operation report log.
Test for cyanuric acid level at least once/week.
3701-31-04 (B)(5) / Records are maintained for at least two years
Main drain paperwork was not available during inspection, however the main drains were both replaced this year for the wading pool.
Maintain all records and have them available upon request.
