Ladders/stairs/steps were not in good repair. Observed both ladders into pool not properly fastened to concrete.
Repair or replace the ladders/stairs/steps so that they are slip resistant and in good repair.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(s) / Perimeter barrier is in good repair to prevent unauthorized entry
Observed compromised barrier to pool. A hook and chain is blocking off entry to bar, however, this is an insufficient barrier. A new gate that is lockable needs to be installed in this area.
