Observed water pooling on floors of pump room below the pump/motors.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(s) / Perimeter barrier is in good repair to prevent unauthorized entry
Repeat Observed perimeter barrier in disrepair behind the old pump room and across from the tub storage for the lazy river. Bottom portions of the fence in these areas may present gaps greater than 4-inches. Also observed loose boards and nails on wooden fence enclosing the sodium hypochlorite tank.

3701-31-04 (E)(3)(g) / Spray ground warning sign is posted.
Spray ground warning sign with the required language was not displayed properly as one of the zip-ties had broken. Discussed improving this signage with operator.
