| Our records show that the main drain suction outlet covers (AquaStar WAV 12) were installed 5/21/2015. The covers have a 5 year life span and must be replaced before 5/21/2020. Keep documentation of the ASSE 1013 backflow preventer’s annual inspection available at the pool facility for review by the health department. The Certificate of Compliance is not available for the main drain cover. Keep a copy at the facility for future review. |
