Repeat Required turnover rates were not met. -Observed flow rate at 50 gpm. Minimum required flow rate is 67 gpm for a 32000 gallon pool.
Have the circulation system evaluated to determine why the turnover rates are not able to be met. Once the reasons have been determined have the issue repaired. If necessary, submit plans to the Ohio Department of Health to review and approve. Adjust recommended vavles and or compenents to obtain the correct turnover rate of 480 gpm
