| The main drain suction outlet cover (New Water Solutions DS 360) was installed on 6-29-16. The cover has a 5 year life span and must be replaced before 6-29-21. The cover has a flow rating of 246 gpm. IF OUR RECORDS ARE CORRECT, THE DRAIN COVERS MUST BE REPLACED ASAP. IF THE COVERS HAVE BEEN REPLACED RECENTLY, POST A COPY OF THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE WITH THE DATE OF INSTALLATION. |
