| Keep documentation of the ASSE 1013 backflow preventer’s annual inspection available at the pool facility for review by the health department. Our records show that the main drain suction outlet covers (Waterway 640-472xV) were installed 7/16/2019. The covers have a 7 year life span and must be replaced before 7/16/26. The operator was observed performing onsite chemical tests appropriately |
