Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly funtioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation. Repair/replace the flowmeter.

Perimeter barrier gate (used for ingress/egress) was not closing or latching.
Repair the perimeter barrier gate so that it is self-closing and self-latching to prevent unauthorized entry into the pool area.
