All facility records must be maintained and available for review upon request. TEST AND RECORD THE ALKALINITY AND CYANURIC ACID WEEKLY. KEEP RECORDS AT THE POOL.

Remove all cross connection hazards from the pool area. PROVIDE AN AIR GAP ON THE FILL SPOUT
3701-31-04 (D)(05) / Cyanuric acid level shall not exceed 70 ppm.

Drain the pool at least halfway and fill with clean water. Monitor the amount of cyanuric acid being used and adjust accordingly.
