Critical Corrected During Inspection Chlorine disinfectant residual was less than 1 ppm for the pool
Do not operate the pool when the disinfectant residuals are less than what is required. Ensure the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above prior to placing the pool back into operation. OPERATOR ADDED DISINFECTANT AND RAISED FREE CHLORINE LEVEL 2 PPM. KEEP AN EYE ON THE CHLORINE LEVEL.

3701-31-04 (B)(6) / Equipment is maintained per manufacturers specifications.
Repeat Equipment was not maintained per manufacturers specifications. Skimmer weirs are missing.
All equipment must be maintained in accordance with the manufacturers specifications. OPERATOR INDICATED THAT WEIRS HAVE BEEN ORDERED. INSTALL WEIRS WHEN THEY ARE RECEIVED.
