Comments
The Certificate of Compliance for the main drain cover(s) is/are available in the equipment room. Our records show that the main drain suction outlet covers (Hayward WG1048) were installed 3/4/2017. The covers have a 7 year life span and must be replaced before 3/4/2024.

Keep the chemicals’ Safety Data Sheets (SDS) in the equipment room and have Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as chemical gloves and goggles available for handling chemicals.
