Critical Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) was not functioning properly at the time of the inspection. THE FLOW SWITCH WAS UNPLUGGED FROM THE ACC.

3701-31-04 (D)(7)(d) / Flow or pressure switch with a shut off valve shall be provided and tested monthly.

Have the circulation system evaluated to determine why the turnover rates are not able to be met. Once the reasons have been determined have the issue repaired. 3701-31-04 (B)(6)(s) / Perimeter barrier is in good repair to prevent unauthorized entry
Repeat Perimeter barrier had gaps greater than 4 inches. 8 inch gap under the fence.
Repair the perimeter barrier so that there are not any gaps greater than 4 inches anywhere along the barrier. MODIFY THE FENCE TO ELIMINATE THE GAP UNDER THE FENCE.

pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8.
