[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(1)(c) / Minimum disinfection residual shall be maintained as required.
Critical Chlorine disinfectant residual was less than 1 ppm for the pool
Do not operate the pool when the disinfectant residuals are less than what is required. Ensure the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above prior to placing the pool back into operation. THIS VIOLATION IS A CRITICAL OPERATIONAL ITEM AND POSES AN IMMINENT HEALTH HAZARD. CLOSE THE POOL UNTIL CORRECTED. THE OPERATOR CLOSED THE POOL, TREATED THE POOL BY HAND, THEN CLOSED THE POOL EARLY FOR THE DAY.

3701-31-04 (A) / Approval shall be obtained for any construction or alterations of a public swimming pool.
Repeat Public swimming pool was constructed, installed, or substantially altered without obtaining approval from the Ohio Department of Health (ODH).
Contact ODH to obtain approval for any construction/alterations before operating pool. APPROVAL NOTIFICATION FROM ODH FOR THE EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED YET.
