Do not operate the pool without compliant outlet covers. Install compliant outlet covers prior to placing the pool back into operation. REPLACE MAIN DRAIN COVERS IMMEDIATELY. THIS IS A CRITICAL OPERATION ITEM AND POSES AN IMMINENT HEALTH HAZARD.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(t) / Equipment/chemical/storage areas are free of hazards/accessible only to authorized personnel.
Critical Repeat Equipment/chemical/storage areas were not secured.
These storage areas must be kept inaccessible to everyone but authorized personnel. Secure the areas. KEEP EQUIPMENT ROOM DOOR LOCKED.
3701-31-04 (D)(7)(d) / Flow or pressure switch with a shut off valve shall be provided and tested monthly.
Critical Repeat Flow or pressure switch for a shut off valve was not provided or the unit was not tested monthly
Have the ACC unit serviced or replaced with a unit that has a flow or pressure switch with an automatic shut off valve. Provide records indicating that the unit is being tested monthly. TEST AND RECORD THE ACC FLOW SWITCH FUNCTION ON THE WEEKLY LOG SHEETS.
