Critical Repeat Outlet covers were not secured. Screw missing.
Do not operate the pool when the outlet covers are not secured. Secure the covers prior to the pool being placed back into operation. INSTALL MISSING SCREW IN DRAIN COVER. REPLACE FRAME IS NECESSARY.
3701-31-04 (B)(1)(c) / Minimum disinfection residual shall be maintained as required.
Critical Repeat Chlorine disinfectant residual was less than 2 ppm for the spa
Do not operate the pool when the disinfectant residuals are less than what is required. Ensure the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 2 ppm or above prior to placing the spa back into operation CALL ME WHEN CORRECTED. Correct By: 22-Apr-2022
3701-31-04 (B)(1)(e) / Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) shall function properly.
Critical Repeat Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) was not functioning properly at the time of the inspection
Do not operate the pool when the ACC unit is not functioning properly. Ensure that the ACC unit is functioning properly prior to placing the pool back into operation. CALL ME WHEN CORRECTED. Correct By: 22-Apr-2022

3701-31-04 ( D )(6)(a) / ORP reading shall be 650 millivolts or greater.
Repeat ORP reading was below 650 mv
Have the ACC unit inspected to determined why the ORP is low.
3701-31-04 (C)(3) / Total alkalinity is at or greater than 60 ppm
Repeat Total alkalinity was less than 60 ppm.
Raise the total alkalinity to at least 60 ppm. ADJUST ALKALINITY Correct By: 25-Apr-2022
