Critical Outlet covers were not secured. Two screws missing in each main drain cover.
Do not operate the pool when the outlet covers are not secured. Secure the covers prior to the pool being placed back into operation.
INSTALL ALL 4 SCREWS IN THE MAIN DRAIN COVER.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h) / Required meters and gauges maintained/functional
Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation. Flow meter float is frozen in place.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly functioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation.
