Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation. Flow meter was not functioning.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly funtioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation. Repair / replace flow meter.
3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
Repeat pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8.
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.
