The spa was open at the time of inspection. This violation is a critical operation item and poses an imminent health hazard. THE SPA MUST BE CLOSED UNTIL THE VIOLATION IS CORRECTED. CALL THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT 440-219-7158 BEFORE OPENING SO WE CAN VERIFY COMPLIANCE.
