Critical Chlorine disinfectant residual was less than 1 ppm for the pool
Do not operate the pool when the disinfectant residuals are less than what is required. Ensure the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above prior to placing the pool back into operation. THIS IS A CRITICAL OPERATIONAL ITEM AND POSES AN IMMINENT HEATH HAZARD. THE OPERATOR CLOSED THE WADING POOL AND POSTED A POOL CLOSED SIGN ON THE FENCE. Correct By: 08-Jun-2022

Repeat Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly functioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation. THE FLOW METER IS STUCK. REPAIR OR REPLACE.

The Certificate of Compliance for the main drain cover(s) is/are available in the equipment room. Our records show that the main drain suction outlet covers (AquaStar 1216) were installed 6/1/2019. The covers have a 5 year life span and must be replaced before 6/1/2024.
