| ALTHOUGH THE STARTING BLOCKS WERE STABLE, SOME OF THE BOLTS ON THE UNDERSIDE OF THE PLATFORM WERE LOOSE. ONE BOLT WAS MISSING ON ONE STAND. ONE BOLT WAS LOOSE ON ONE BASKETBALL BACKBOARD. THE "POOL CLOSED" SIGN SHOULD NOT BE PERMANENTLY POSTED. THE SIGN SHOULD ONLY BE POSTED WHEN THE POOL IS CLOSED. |
