Critical Chlorine disinfectant residual was less than 1 ppm for the pool
Do not operate the pool when the disinfectant residuals are less than what is required. Ensure the chlorine disinfectant residual is at 1 ppm or above prior to placing the pool back into operation. THIS IS A CRITICAL OPERATIONAL ITEM AND POSES AN IMMINENT HEATH HAZARD. THE OPERATOR CLOSED THE WADING POOL AND IT CONTINUES TO BE CLOSED. Correct By: 08-Jun-2022

Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation.
