Have the circulation system evaluated to determine why the turnover rates are not able to be met. Once the reasons have been determined have the issue repaired. HAVE THE BACKFLOW PREVENTER INSPECTED ANNUALLY AND KEEP DOCUMENTATION AT THE POOL.

Keep the chemicals’ Safety Data Sheets (SDS) in the equipment room and have Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as chemical gloves and goggles available for handling chemicals.

The Certificate of Compliance for the main drain cover(s) is/are available in the equipment room. Our records show that the main drain suction outlet covers (Waterway 640-472xV) were installed 5/19/2021. The covers have a 7 year life span and must be replaced before 5/19/2028

The operator was observed performing onsite chemical tests appropriately and is aware of the acceptable parameters and necessary corrective actions.
