Critical The automatic chemical controller for the spa was not functioning properly. The flow switch/pump interlock was not functioning.

Comments
The Certificate of Compliance for the main drain covers is available in the equipment room. Our records show that the main drain suction outlet covers (Waterway 640-472xV) were installed 3/15/2021. The covers have a 7 year life span and must be replaced before 3/15/2028.

The operator was observed performing onsite chemical tests appropriately and is aware of the acceptable parameters and necessary corrective actions.

Keep the chemicals’ Safety Data Sheets (SDS) in the equipment room and have Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as chemical gloves and goggles available for handling chemicals.
