Critical Outlet covers were not installed properly. hole drilled into drain cover. Reportedly the frame is broken.
Do not operate the pool when the outlet covers are not installed.
INSTALL SUCTION OUTLET FITTING ASSEMBLY PROPERLY. REPLACE THE DRAIN COVER FRAME IF IT IS CRACKED OR BROKEN. INSTALL A NEW COVER ACCORDING TO MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS. DO NOT DRILL HOLES IN THE COVER.
3701-31-04 (B)(4)(c) / SVRS/APSOS/ACC test results/ service records are maintained
Repeat SVRS and ACC test results were not maintained.
The test results for these devices must be kept on site for review.
