3701-31-04 (B)(6)(p) / Deck surfaces are free of standing water or other hazards.
Deck surfaces had standing water or other hazards. -Observed standing water in two areas of the pool deck. -Observed broken/chipped surfaces around the perimeter of the pool that have created sharp edge hazards. REPAIR THE POOL DECK TO ELIMINATE AREAS OF STANDING WATER. REPAIR THE POOL TO ELIMINATE ANY BROKEN SURFACES AND SHARP AREAS.
Repair areas of the deck where standing water is occurring. If more than 50% of the deck must be replaced, plans must be submitted to the Ohio Department of Health for review and approval.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(t) / Equipment/chemical/storage areas are free of hazards/accessible only to authorized personnel.
Critical -Observed a container of sodium hypocholorite stored in an unlocked stoage closet in the pool room. MOVE THE CHEMICALS TO A LOCATION WHERE THEY ARE PROPERLY STORED AND ACCESSBILE ONLY TO AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL.

Repeat First aid equipment was not provided. -Observed there was no first aid kit available in the pool room. KEEP A FIRST AID KIT IN THE POOL ROOM OR KEEP IT AT THE FRONT DESK WITH A SIGN FOR ITS LOCATION IN THE POOL ROOM.
