Repeat Required turnover rates were not met.
Have the circulation system evaluated to determine why the turnover rates are not able to be met. Once the reasons have been determined have the issue repaired. If necessary, submit plans to the Ohio Department of Health to review and approve. INREASE THE FLOW RATE TO AT LEAST 106 GPM BUT LESS THAN 123 GPM
3701-31-04 (C)(2) / pH is within 7.2 to 7.8
Repeat pH was outside the range of 7.2 to 7.8.
Treat the pool water so that the pH is within the acceptable range.
3701-31-04 (D)(05) / Cyanuric acid level shall not exceed 70 ppm.

Drain the pool at least halfway and fill with clean water. Monitor the amount of cyanuric acid being used and adjust accordingly.

Repeat The pool was closed but the "WARNING or DANGER - POOL CLOSED" sign(s) were not posted.

"WATER TESTING AND RECORD KEEPING", "CRITICAL OPERATIONAL ITEMS", AND CDC FECAL ACCIDENT RESPONSE HANDOUTS WERE SUPPLIED TO THE OPERATOR AND REVIEWED TO ENSURE THAT THE OPERATOR IS KNOWLEDGEABLE OF THE REQUIRED CHEMISTRY LEVELS, CRITICAL ITEMS WHERE THE POOL MUST CLOSE, AND HOW TO RESPOND TO A FECAL ACCIDENT. THE OPERATOR SEEMED AWARE OF THESE ITEMS.
