[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3701-31-04 (B)(4)(a)(i) / Disinfection residuals are tested daily at pool side at required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features
Disinfection residuals were not tested daily at pool side and/or at the required intervals for pools/automatic chemical controllers/special features. -Obseved the chlorine levels are not tested prior to the pool opening. -Test the disinfection residual every day before bathers enter the water. If an ACC is in use the disinfectant residual must be tested every 12 hours while the pool is in use.

3701-31-04 (B)(6)(h) / Required meters and gauges maintained/functional
Required meters and gauges were not maintained or were not functional while the pool is in operation. -Observed the flow meter was not functional the time of inspection. -The operator noted that a new one is being ordered.
Maintain all meters and gauges in a properly funtioning manner at all times while the pool is in operation.

Comments
-Observed a new pump was installed. It was similar to the old one, but it is a different model. Explained that an Equipment Replacement Notification form is to be submitted to ODH when a different model pump is installed.
-Observed the rim of the pool was patched to smooth any sharp edges.
-Discussed approved interior pool colors. Will provide a list of pre-approved pool colors.
-The pool opens at 7am, but the first time the water chemistry is tested is around 9:00am. Ensure the ORP, free chlorine, combined chlorine, pH, and temperature are recorded daily prior to bathers entering the pool.
